Job Description

Position Overview

Manage 5+ projects across the ASEAN region.
Business travel is required to perform role effectively.
Liaise with the project sponsor in Singapore and manage multiple project managers across territories.
Lead each child-project in the right direction and support project managers in resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to multiple projects simultaneously.
Support project managers to resolve issues and maintain project progress.
Ensure alignment with the project sponsor's expectations and organizational goals.
Manage stakeholders effectively across multiple countries.
Oversee project performance, risks, and deliverables.

Requirements

Strong stakeholder management skills.
Analytical skillset and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in PMO functions and project governance.
5+ years of IT procurement experience preferred due to project scope.
Ability to travel frequently within ASEAN region.
