Join a new exciting business professional services organization within TDCX
Serve as a senior advisory to senior level customer & client operation teams across the company. Work with internal & external stakeholders to strategize solutions, monitor & assess operations performance; conduct Root Cause Analysis and problem solving; across data, analytics and innovation topics for specific operations and regional teams
Responsible for design, develop, test and implement business intelligence solution, insights and processes to create high operational impacts that include but not limited to streamlining data integration, analytic operations enhancements, operational productivity improvements, and process automation
Provide consulting/ solutions services to clients to drive operation impacts
Project manage large or small scale initiatives to ensure successful delivery of internal/ external business solutions in the domain of sales operations, business intelligence, customer experience and technology/process enhancements.
Provide mentoring, capability building and process definitions for internal operational teams. Be a partner to Learning & Development and group HR services
Provide leadership to help grow company's solutions and professional services by mentoring and leading junior resources analytic
Work with operations teams to define and services roadmap to ensure solution quality
Responsible for adoption and change
Who are we looking for
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or any related field
Preferable with 8-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Demonstrated strong capability in storyboarding, problem definition, problem solving techniques and solution presentations in concise visualization formats
Experience in conceptualizing, designing, developing, testing, implementing and supporting agile data analytics platforms to support analytical initiatives of internal or external stakeholders
Demonstrated sound understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, omni-channel customer engagements, and relevant cloud based solutions
Ability to work as a team player. You should be able to work under pressure and tight timeline, result orientated, strong problem solving and good analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve real operations issues with actionable insights
Adaptable to various stakeholders, business models, projects and matrix based organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
Prior experience in customer experience, BPO, consulting or related fields a plus
