Strategy Consultant (Fintech)

About the Role

My client is a global Fintech MNC and they are seeking a Strategy Consultant (Fintech) to support senior leadership in shaping strategic direction across the different financial businesses/verticals within a global fintech environment. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and commercial execution, providing critical decision support in fast‑moving, highly competitive markets.

You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to analyse markets, build strategic frameworks, and drive alignment across diverse teams operating across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market, industry, product, and user analysis to support strategic decisions

• Build structured decision‑making frameworks for financial businesses/verticals

• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership

• Identify core business issues quickly through rigorous and logical analysis

• Drive alignment and consensus across complex, cross‑functional stakeholders

• Execute commercial plan / strategy

What We're Looking For

• 6-10 years of experience in fintech, financial services, strategy consulting or strategic partnerships in fintech

• Strong background in strategic analysis, problem structuring, and/or business development/strategic partnerships

• High data sensitivity with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong in Communication fluent in English
