Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Leading the establishment of Commodities business in the company's Singapore office
- Building up a professional Commodities team for the initial phase
- Application for relevant licenses and qualifications
- Implementation of new products
- Maintain and deepen relationships with key clients, enhance customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Regularly report on business progress in Singapore to senior management, including operational data, market trends, risk and opportunity analysis, and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- Master's degree or above in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 9 years relevant experience in Commodities. Additionally, business development or management experience would be preferred.
- Strong commercial skills
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to drive business development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (as this role is required to frequently communicate with the senior management in our headquarters in Beijing, China, whose official language is Chinese)
