Roles and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Communication & Issue Resolution
Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and regional offices, to identify issues and drive efficient problem-solving through collaborative strategies and timely decision-making.
Team Leadership & Development
Provide clear direction, mentorship, and guidance to team members, ensuring roles and responsibilities are regularly reviewed and organized to support team development, expand operational scope, and improve overall performance.
Operational Coordination & Space Management Optimization
Collaborate with DYM/GPM and Trade Management teams to initiate and lead discussions aimed at optimizing space control processes (downstream and post-booking), developing efficient operational frameworks to support ONE's global operations.
KPI Management & Project Oversight
Establish, monitor, and manage KPIs for projects and operational units, including metrics such as space utilization rates, booking efficiency, project completion timelines, and regional rollout success to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
KPI: Space Utilization Rate / Project Rollout Success / Team Efficiency Improvement /
Regional Project Implementation
Ensure successful rollout of projects across regions by coordinating with GHQ teams, conducting follow-ups, compliance checks, and supporting continuous improvement to maintain consistency and scalability across the network.
Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency
Oversee the development and implementation of process improvements in space management by incorporating stakeholder feedback to reduce inefficiencies and improve downstream logistics operations.
Technology Integration & Innovation
Lead cross-functional initiatives to introduce and integrate new technologies or tools into space control workflows, assessing their impact on team productivity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
Minimum 10 years of experience in container shipping or commercial/trade operations
Technical Skills (Must-Have)
Proficiency in Python, dashboarding tools, Excel/Google Sheets
Strong project management experience
Soft Skills (Must-Have)
Excellent written and verbal communication proactive in engaging stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective team leadership and collaboration able to motivate and provide direction
Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects
Good-to-Have
Experience in multicultural/cross-cultural teams, especially in Asia-Pacific
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse communication styles
