We are looking for a rare hybrid: a creative strategist with the soul of an operations expert. As the (Senior) Marketing Manager for Destination Partnerships, you will be responsible for both the
What (visionary, high-impact marketing concepts) and the
How (flawless, timely execution). You will lead our campaign team to support the sales team to pitch creative solutions to global Tourism Boards/ Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) while building the rigorous operational frameworks that ensure every campaign is delivered with surgical precision and data-backed accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Operational Excellence & Campaign Delivery
- End-to-End Project Governance: Lead the rigorous execution of all DMO campaigns. You are the final gatekeeper for quality control, ensuring that all assets, links, and placements are 100% accurate before launch.
- Timeline Management: Own the master campaign calendar. You will manage dependencies across social, content, and local marketing teams to ensure Zero Delay delivery for our partners.
- Resource Allocation: Monitor team bandwidth and budget utilization, ensuring that internal agency resources are deployed efficiently and high-priority projects are never bottlenecked.
- Process Engineering & Standardization
- The Klook Standard: Develop and enforce standardized templates for proposals, media plans, and post-campaign reports (PCRs) to ensure a consistent, high-quality output across the team.
- Workflow Optimization: Continuously audit our internal processes to eliminate manual errors and shorten the lead time from Brief to Live.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all partner-funded campaigns strictly adhere to legal, brand, and financial compliance guidelines.
- Performance Data & Reporting Integrity
- Reporting Rigor: Lead the development of post-campaign reports. You don't just provide numbers; you provide accurate, verified data that proves ROI to our stakeholders.
- Tool Mastery: Act as the power-user for internal dashboards (Tableau, GA), ensuring data integrity and teaching the team how to use these tools for precise performance tracking.
- Budget Oversight: Manage complex media budgets with meticulous accuracy, ensuring no overspends and 100% transparency in financial reporting to partners.
- Creative Strategy & Marketing Acumen
- Inspirational Ideation: Lead the development of integrated B2C marketing concepts that differentiate Klook. You should be able to translate a destination's hidden gems into viral, high-converting social and digital campaigns.
- Strategic Pitching: Act as a lead consultant for DMO partners, presenting creative narratives that align with their national tourism goals while pushing the boundaries of traditional travel marketing.
- Full-Funnel Thinking: Design holistic journeysfrom top-of-funnel brand awareness (Kreatorverse, festivals) to bottom-of-funnel conversion (tactical promotions).
Success Metrics: The Gold Standard
- On-Time Delivery: 100% of campaign milestones met as per the agreed-upon partner timeline.
- Accuracy Rate: Minimal to zero post-launch errors or re-work required for client deliverables.
- Reporting Excellence: High stakeholder satisfaction scores specifically regarding the clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of performance reports.
- Operational Efficiency: Measurable reduction in time-to-market for campaign proposals and rollouts through improved SOPs.
- Win Rate: High conversion of creative proposals into funded partnerships due to Klook-unique ideas.
What You'll Need
- The Experience: 810+ years (with at least 2 years in managerial role) in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Agency Account Management. You have a track record of managing high-volume, high-complexity delivery.
- The Balanced Mindset: You are equally comfortable brainstorming a creative big idea as you are auditing a complex media budget in Excel.
- The Perfectionist: You have an eagle eye for detail. Typos, broken links, or misaligned budget figures don't get past you.
- The Systems Thinker: You love building checklists, SOPs, and frameworks that make a team run like a well-oiled machine.
- The Crisis Manager: You are calm under pressure and possess the problem-solving agility to resolve execution issues quickly without compromising quality.
- The People Manager: Proven experience managing a team with a focus on accountability, accuracy, and professional discipline.
- The Stakeholder Expert: Proven ability to navigate complex partner relationships (DMOs/Government) with a mix of creative inspiration and operational reliability.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels (Social, CRM, Programmatic) and data tools (GA, Tableau).
- Team Growth: Evidence of direct reports taking on increased ownership of complex multi-market proposals.
