- Support leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans for key hospital initiatives, partnerships, and projects.
- Analyse current challenges and anticipate future trends in healthcare delivery, patient demographics, and manpower requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align leadership priorities and strategic goals with operational needs and execution plans.
- Develop and maintain key project milestones and timelines leading up to opening, ensuring stakeholders remain on track with agreed action plans.
- Assist in pre-opening planning activities, operational readiness, and continuity of care during launch phase.
- Engage vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure alignment with strategic direction
- Develop and manage a master project timeline across departments to support hospital readiness.
- Support end-to-end planning of opening and ramp-up efforts, ensuring milestones, staffing needs, and resources are met.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the service or healthcare sector, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a Senior Manager role.
