Our client is a leading MultiTech Social Media company. This role will develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with key gaming industry partners and collaborate closely with game developers, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to ensure partners achieve measurable success.
This is a 12 month contract role [open to extension]
Job Responsibilities
- Partnership Development: Work with leading gaming companies to build long‑term, scalable collaborations aligned with their goals.
- Industry Representation: Provide thought leadership and represent the organization in external meetings with partner executives.
- Platform Adoption: Drive adoption of gaming platforms and tools through developers and platform partners at scale.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Data Analysis: Track, interpret, and communicate key metrics and business trends to optimize partner relationships.
- Opportunity Sourcing: Use industry expertise and analysis to identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Partner Consulting: Guide existing partners in enhancing their success on the platform.
- Adaptability: Respond quickly to product changes and communicate implications strategically to stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA in Economics, Business, or a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years in gaming operations, product manager, marketing, business development or account management role
- Strong gaming operations or industry exposure is a must.
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions and management levels.
- Skilled at defining and driving business opportunities in dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of the internet industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Native fluency in English and Vietnamese, with ability to engage external stakeholders in Vietnam.
- Willingness to travel [once every quarter]
