Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with influential gaming companies to craft robust, enduring, and scalable collaborations by aligning with their goals and strategies.
- Represent company's Gaming in external engagements, providing industry insights and strategic direction in discussions with partner executives.
- Promote the integration and adoption of new features across platforms.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance, to ensure partnership success.
- Monitor, evaluate, and share key metrics and trends related to large-scale partnerships.
- Leverage industry knowledge and analysis to discover and develop new collaborative opportunities.
- Offer ongoing guidance and consultation to existing partners, enhancing their performance on the platform.
- Quickly adapt to product updates and limitations, effectively communicating these changes to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Manage and consult existing partners on building up their success on company platform.
Job Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At Least 8-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, account management, sales or related roles from Gaming, Tech companies with gaming related background.
- Knowledge of the gaming industry is a MUST.
- experience in digital Ads, Meta Ads is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different organizational levels, both within and outside a company.
- Skilled at initiating and driving business opportunities in dynamic and fast-evolving environments.
- Proficient in advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint functionalities.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as this role will liase with stakeholders from Greater China Region.
