This is a 6-months contract role.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading creators and developers across different media channels such as mobile, PC, console.
- Represent the platform in executive-level partner meetings and provide industry thought leadership.
- Drive platform adoption by guiding partners to integrate and leverage new features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Policy teams to enable partner success.
- Analyze key metrics and market trends to inform and scale partnership strategies.
- Identify and source new partnership opportunities within GCR and globally.
- Grow and support existing partners to maximize their success on the platform.
- Adapt quickly to product updates and communicate strategic implications to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business development, account management, or strategic partnerships within gaming or related industries.
- Familiarity or experience working with developers and stakeholders within the Greater China Region.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple stakeholder levels.
- Demonstrated success driving business opportunities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of the gaming industry landscape.
- Experience or expertise in mobile, PC, console, or emerging gaming ecosystems.
- Experience navigating mobile platform environments (iOS, Android, app stores).
- Familiarity with AI-driven workflows and applying AI in game production and partner management.
