Strategic Finance Director (Pre-IPO CFO Opportunity)

A high-growth financial platform with a credible pre-IPO pathway is seeking a senior finance leader to support its next phase of institutionalisation, capital formation, and public-market readiness.

The role will work closely with founders and shareholders across fundraising, audit completion, restructuring, investor engagement, and IPO preparation. This opportunity is suited to a CFO-calibre executive who isequally comfortable operating strategically and hands-on in a fast-scaling environment.

Candidates should have at least 12 years of experienceacross investment banking, fund raising, strategic finance, capital markets,M&A, or related leadership roles. Prior exposure to fintech, asset management, treasury, SaaS, or other financial-services platforms would be advantageous.

The initial engagement is expected to begin on asuccess-oriented basis through an early capital raise, with the intention totransition into a full-time leadership role thereafter. Compensation isstructured to align closely with outcomes, including milestone-based economics,long-term equity participation, and differentiated fundraising incentives forself-originated versus company-originated investor relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring strong investor credibility,execution discipline, and the ability to help shape a business into aninstitutionally credible pre-IPO platform. All conversations will be handledwith discretion and confidentiality.
