Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Associate Practice Engagement Manager to drive sales and client engagement in the areas of data transformation, analytics, and cloud migration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling and managing large-scale data analytics and cloud transformation projects across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of data transformation and analytics solutions (including cloud migration and modernization).
- Engage with clients to identify needs, define opportunities, and deliver tailored transformation services.
- Lead consultative sales conversations and present value propositions to senior stakeholders (up to C-Suite).
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring delivery excellence across large-scale data projects.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of transformation programs.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales of data analytics and transformation serviceswithin IT services companies.
- Strong experience in large-scale cloud transformation projects, including data migration and cloud platform implementations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Exposure to HR transformation and analytics initiatives.
- Deep understanding of data lifecycle, data analytics, and cloud-based data platforms.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling and closing large deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of enterprise data management, data governance, and data quality.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture, AI/ML, IoT, and intelligent automation.
- Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
