As a key member of the Strategic Client Relationship team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategic corporate clients, maintaining high retention rates, and ensuring service excellence. This role also involves relationship-building to support new business opportunities and requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of strategic clients, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic clients, building trusted relationships at all levels.
- Drive business development opportunities with strategic clients through cross-selling, upselling, and introducing new solutions.
- Plan, host, and support regular engagement sessions and strategic meetings with clients, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
- Prepare and deliver client reports, presentations, and performance updates, ensuring clear communication of key insights and outcomes.
- Drive actionable follow-ups from meetings to strengthen relationships and achieve agreed outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring timely service recovery and continuous service improvement.
- Prepare client documentation, including quotations, service agreements, renewal packages, and other required materials.
- Support client-initiated audits and due diligence processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders to provide accurate and timely responses.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivables with clients as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in client servicing, healthcare, insurance, or related fields.
- Prior experience in Employee Benefits or Corporate or Enterprise Solutions is highly preferred.
- Prior experience in strategic corporate accounts management is also highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to hold trusted partnerships.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving client and business needs.
