This role is responsible for ensuring a smooth execution of customer due diligence processes (CDD) of new and existing customers and effective adherence with our global policies including Anti-Money Laundering and financial crime policies and all processing requirements. In addition, the person in this role will act as a point of reference for escalated inquiries and liaisons with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all raised scenarios will be brought to a resolution. This role is accountable for driving and delivering consistent high performance and a seamless and wonderful Customer Experience.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success & Onboarding Manager - Onboarding & Compliance to lead the onboarding journey for new clients while ensuring full adherence to compliance standards. This hybrid role is critical in delivering a seamless client experience while upholding our global policies on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and financial crime prevention.

You will be the primary point of contact during onboarding, guiding clients through setup, documentation, training, and compliance checks. Your ability to manage timelines, communicate effectively, and coordinate across internal teams will be key to delivering a world-class experience with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Dealing and Operations teams for seamless client experience
  • Guide clients through documentation, margin facilities, platform setup, and training
  • Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve issues

Compliance & Due Diligence

  • Ensure corporate clients meet KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for new and existing clients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Resolve escalated compliance inquiries with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay informed on regulatory updates and market developments
  • Support compliance monitoring and financial crime prevention initiatives

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact during onboarding, building trust and rapport
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ensure clients feel supported and confident throughout the onboarding and compliance process

Performance & Strategy

  • Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team success
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding and compliance workflows
  • Contribute to internal documentation, training materials, and compliance developments

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, or client success
  • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial regulations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM and compliance platforms is a plus
