Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory files for allincoming and outgoing shipments
  • Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs)for picking
  • Print pick lists, packing labels, andshipment labels
  • Coordinate with internal departments tomanage all incoming and outgoing shipment activities
  • Support store operations in handling dailyoperational activities
  • Assist with stock discrepancies and performregular inventory checks and stock take
  • Perform ad-hoc store-related duties asassigned

Requirements:

  • GCE N Level or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant workingexperience
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Possess good interaction skills and able tocommunicate with people at all levels
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment andcomplete assigned tasks within schedules
  • Willing to perform hands-on tasks such aspacking, checking and organizing stock items
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy inmaintaining documentation and inventory records
  • Positive working attitude with willingness tolearn and take initiative
  • Able to work independently as well as in ateam environment
