Job Summary
You will lead sourcing and contract administration activities to support construction projects, driving accurate cost management and timely progress reporting. Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective delivery of landed residential property developments.
Responsibilities
- Source suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain competitive quotations and manage tendering processes for construction projects
- Administer pre-contract and post-contract documentation to ensure compliance and smooth project execution
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), perform measurement tasks, and compile progress claims to support financial tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute additional project-related duties, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Utilize CAD software, BIM tools, and MS Office to produce accurate project documentation and support project workflows
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with landed residential property projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and MS Office applications
