Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities
. Address and resolve customer issues promptly via email/phone/message as the maincontact point.
. Handle and liaise incoming shipment & outgoing vessel shipment orders
. Processing of Delivery Order, Job Order, Quotation & Coordinate with customers
. Update jobs on CRM system, filing, data entry and document management
. Coordinate with store on inventory
. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement
. Min ITE or diploma in any fields
. At least 1 year of relevant working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
. Bilingual in English & able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
. Proficient in MS office, outlook
. Must be able to multi-task with time management
. Full of initiative, committed, meticulous
. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
. Those who can start immediately will be an advantage
