Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Accounts Payable Executive to support the company's human resources and accounts payable operations. This dual-role position requires a professional with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive information while handling day-to-day HR activities and vendor payments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable (AP):
- Handling in walk in and call enquiries
- Receive, review, and verify invoices and payment requests
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Assist in monthly closing activities and reporting related to AP
- Maintain accounts payable records, including invoice tracking and reconciliation
Human Resources (HR):
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws
- Administer HR documents, policies, and procedures, and ensure they are up to date
- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave records
- Handle employee queries and assist with HR-related requests or issues
- Coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., insurance, work permits, benefits)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AP processes, and financial documentation
- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR or accounting software (e.g., Xero, PayBoy)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a mid-sized company or in a construction, or service-based environment.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
