Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Lead, train, and monitor retail staff including cashiers and sales assistants

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and safety regulations

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement team for timely replenishment

Conduct stock checks and support inventory control processes

Ensure proper merchandising and product display standards

Prepare daily sales reports and operational summaries

Assist in staff scheduling and manpower planning

Support loss prevention and shrinkage control measures
