About The Job
This role will work in close partnership with all key stakeholders, to support the Store Planning team in the follow-through and execution of store planning activities in the South Asia zone.
Job responsibilities
Store Planning Operational Support
- Monitor project progress and create project direct order reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, under project manager's supervision.
- Follow up with vendors and service providers on procurement and payment cycles
- Coordinate meetings between store planning team and relevant department heads
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for internal and external submissions
- Maintain relevant store planning standard operating guidelines (SOPs)
Transversal Project
- Execute transversal project initiated by zone / HQ management team
- Project management of pop up / temp store under project manager's guidance
Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Store Planning VP
- Maintain and update zone store network deck
Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or related fields
- High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Attention to details with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management
- Possess good command of written and spoken English
- Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented and problem-solving with positive working attitude
This role is a 1 year contract position.
