This role will work in close partnership with all key stakeholders, to support the Store Planning team in the follow-through and execution of store planning activities in the South Asia zone.
Job Responsibilities
Store Planning Operational Support
- Monitor project progress and create project direct order reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule or scope statement, under project managers supervision.
- Follow up with vendors and service providers on procurement and payment cycles
- Coordinate meetings between store planning team and relevant department heads
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for internal and external submissions
- Maintain relevant store planning standard operating guidelines (SOPs)
Transversal Project
- Execute transversal project initiated by zone / HQ management team
- Project management of pop up / temp store under project managers guidance
Administration
- Provide administrative support to the Store Planning VP
- Maintain and update zone store network deck
Profile
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles or related fields High proficiency in MS office application, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop Attention to details with excellent analytical and communication skills Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact with staff and management Possess good command of written and spoken English Prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines for various ad hoc tasks and able to work in fast-paced working environment Strong sense of responsibility, stable, self-motivated, highly result-oriented and problem-solving with positive working attitude This role is a 1 year contract position.
