About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead operations at our HQ outlet. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day coordination between customer care, sales, and technical teams, while ensuring smooth store operations and strong customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is operationally strong, customer-focused, able to lead frontline staff, and comfortable managing multiple departments in a fast-paced retail and service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Store Operations & Leadership

  • Oversee daily operations of the HQ outlet
  • Coordinate and manage customer care, sales, and technical/service teams
  • Act as the overall person-in-charge for the outlet
  • Ensure smooth communication and workflow between departments
  • Monitor staff performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity
  • Handle escalation cases and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Ensure showroom cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Support walk-in sales and customer consultations when required
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team
  • Monitor customer feedback and improve service quality
  • Assist in achieving outlet sales targets and KPIs
  • Coordinate after-sales support and service follow-ups

Technical & Service Coordination

  • Work closely with technicians to coordinate repairs, servicing, and product preparation
  • Schedule and prioritise service jobs efficiently
  • Ensure technical issues are communicated clearly between customers and technicians
  • Coordinate stock movement and product readiness where necessary

Team Management

  • Lead and motivate the outlet team
  • Conduct staff scheduling and manpower coordination
  • Train and guide junior staff when needed
  • Maintain a positive and accountable work culture

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, store management, customer service management, or related roles
  • Prior experience managing teams and multi-department operations preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle customer escalations and operational challenges independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised, responsible, and proactive

Language Requirement

  • Ability to speak and understand Mandarin Chinese is required for daily communication with technicians and Chinese-speaking customers

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in mobility products, healthcare retail, electronics, automotive, or service-based retail operations is an advantage
  • Experience coordinating technical/service teams is a plus
