Duties & Responsibilities
Assist the supervisor with the following matters in Logistics and Warehouse.
Logistics & Warehouse Support
- Assist the supervisor in managing daily warehouse and logistics activities.
- Update and monitor delivery schedules using the Seatable platform.
Delivery Operations (Planning & Execution)
- Plan daily delivery and collection activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Execute delivery operations when required, stepping in to support urgent or complex schedules.
- Coordinate with 3rd party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues in collaboration with supervisors, sales, and customer support.
Product Handling & Quality Control
- Ensure goods are picked, packed, and delivered according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out).
- Conduct daily QC checks on products before dispatch.
- Support repackaging and labeling tasks when required.
Vehicle Management
- Oversee vehicle repair, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure vehicles remain in good operating condition for daily use.
Customer Interaction
- Handle customer returns and product exchanges promptly.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and customers.
Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall operations.
Qualifications& Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of driving experience.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license.
- Certified forklift license.
- Fit to handle driving duties and lift loading tasks.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or delivery planning preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to plan and adapt delivery schedules under changing circumstances.
- Familiarity with delivery platforms (e.g., Seatable) is an advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
