- Evaluate project risks systematically and recommend mitigation strategies to minimise potential impacts
- Manage day-to-day project operations to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide regular progress updates and address concerns to maintain high satisfaction
- Coordinate communications with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders to align efforts and resolve issues
- Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and legal requirements, maintaining accuracy and completeness
