Job Description

5 - 7 years work experience relevant to enterprise level Storage platforms in particular DELL/EMC ISILON, HPE XP7, 3PAR and Brocade Fabrics.
Should be a subject matter expert in specific or relevant
SAN/NAS Administration / Solutions.
Disaster recovery operations related to SAN/NAS solutions.
SAN/NAS performance tuning and optimisation.
Experience supporting and troubleshooting medium to large scale, multi-site, enterprise SAN/NAS technology environments.
Experience on Storage capacity planning, performance analysis, monitoring, reporting.
Good understanding of operational framework like ITIL/ITSM, operations process.
Scripting skills/Automation knowledge to ease the operations.
Very good experience in supporting and managing the replication and other copy services
Knowledge on multiple operating systems like windows, Linux and UNIX.
Hands on experience of working on monitoring tools / management platforms.
Relevant certifications a must (SAN, NAS or Fabric)
Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills.
