As part of its strategic expansion in the Americas, the company is seeking a seasoned and visionary Regional Finance Leader to join its regional leadership team.
The Role
Serving as a strategic financial partner, you will drive financial performance, compliance, and transformation across the Americas. This role will oversee regional financial strategy, operations, and systems while building and leading a high-performing finance team.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Regional Financial Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute regional financial strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure financial health.
- Adapt global financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting) to regional needs.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Strategic Finance Partnering
- Partner with the Regional Leader to support business growth and location strategy.
- Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives.
- Support investment decisions and project performance assessments.
Financial Oversight & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial and tax regulations.
- Lead accounting and management reporting functions.
- Implement strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Treasury & Banking Operations
- Establish banking partnerships and manage regional banking relationships.
- Explore local financing options in coordination with global treasury.
Team Development & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing regional finance team.
- Identify capability gaps and implement development strategies.
Project Controlling & ERP Implementation
- Implement global project controlling standards.
- Lead ERP rollout and digitization of finance processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR on compensation planning and workforce strategy.
- Partner with regional leaders to drive financial performance.
Global Finance Contribution
- Work with global finance leaders to refine processes and systems.
- Share best practices and participate in global initiatives.

Your Profile
As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial leadership in the EPC sector.
- At least 3 years in a senior finance role within a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, project controlling, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of country-specific accounting standards within the Americas.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems strong grasp of data management and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional operations and business development.
