Startup - Corporate Development / Fundraising & Value Creation SINGAPORE

Our client is a Technology company with a Corporate VC structure. The firm require a CEO office lead for Corporate Development. You will oversee several technology startup businesses and to create a sympathetic portfolio of companies within the shipping community.
The Position:
- You will identify, evaluate and execute, investment, M&A, fundraising, and partnership opportunities for the Group
- Proactively fundraise to support the companys acquisition strategy.
- Work hand in hand with the CEO on the growth strategy and its execution.
- Support the CEO and CFO on capital structuring, across the portfolio
- Drive a range of strategic projects which support market expansion and the scalability of operations.
- Lead fundraising efforts across the group by creating Investor decks and leveraging your network.
- Lead Investor relations
- Portfolio value creation and advisory support.
- Deal commercial Due diligence and financial modelling.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials strongly preferred
- Tangible experience across capital planning, M&A, deal structuring, strategic finance and market analysis
- Experience advising senior leadership, Board members, and investors.
- Shareholder communications and corporate governance experience
- 7 - 10 years in corporate development, strategic finance, or investment roles, with portfolio operating exposure.
- Proven ability to assess and guide digital-first, high-growth businesses
- Demonstrable track record in leading M&A, capital raises, and strategic investment processes end-to-end.
- Strong financial modelling, market analysis, and investor communications capabilities.
- Exposure to the Maritime industry s an advantage,
