We are seeking passionate Staff Nurses to join our nursing team and embark on an exciting renal career specialising in dialysis care. The role requires maintaining high standards of patient care and ensuring the safe, efficient delivery of dialysis therapy as prescribed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of nursing care to renal patients as part of the multidisciplinary dialysis centre team.
- Oversee and assist in patient education, ensuring patients understand their treatment and care requirements.
- Maintain accurate nursing records and provide comprehensive nursing handovers.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Nurse Managers on administrative duties and centre management.
- Be assigned to one of NKF's conveniently located dialysis centres island-wide.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (mandatory).
- Training provided for candidates without prior renal experience.
- Ability to work in rotation shifts on a 5-day workweek (Monday to Saturday): Morning Shift: 6.30am - 4.00pm Afternoon Shift: 2.00pm - 11.30pm
- Must be willing and able to work public holidays and Saturdays as required.
