The Role
You will be an integral member of the radiology department and cardiac catheterisation laboratory, providing patient care before, during, and after medical procedures.
Key accountabilities
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures (e.g., coronary angiography, PCI, pacemaker insertion).
- Scrub and circulate in the Cath Lab, ensuring sterile technique.
- Monitor haemodynamics and respond to emergencies during procedures
- Provide post-procedure care and patient education.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, radiographers, and allied health staff for seamless workflow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / AED certified (Advanced Cardiac Life Support preferred).
- Preferably with work experience in Cath Lab, Radiology, ICU, or OT (Operating Theatre).
- Strong knowledge of sterile procedures, patient monitoring, and cardiac emergency response.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
