Job Summary

• Monitor and assess patients conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Perform nursing procedures (e.g., wound care, IV therapy, catheterization).
• Document patient care and update medical records.
• Collaborate with doctors and the healthcare team to implement care plans.

Requirements

• Possesses a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Practising Certificate.
