Job Descriptions
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injection and assisting in clinic procedures.
Conducts pre and post procedure information, admission and discharge planning.
Collaborates ad co-operates with the physicians and other health care personnel, for a smooth delivery of patient care.
Any other duties as delegated by the department reporting officer.
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least2 years of Clinical nursing experience.
Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Self motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
