Job Description
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates clinical care for patients under his/her care.
Performs clinic generic nursing duties like phlebotomy, injection and assisting in clinic procedures.
Conducts pre and post procedure information, admission, and discharge planning.
Collaborates and co-operates with the physicians and other health-care personnel for a smooth delivery of patient care.
Provides nurse counselling, monitoring and patient education.
Any other duties as delegated by the department Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.
Able to work in a dynamic environment as well as being flexible and open to changes.
