Job Scope
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure residents receive proper care based on their needs
- Maintain administrative standards, including medication handling, accurate records, and ordering supplies
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, sharing information and solving care-related issues
- Assess residents and contribute clinical input for care plans and case discussions
- Supervise and support junior nurses in their daily tasks
- Represent the Home professionally when dealing with external parties (e.g., doctors, auditors, officials)
- Ensure medical equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained
- Protect resident confidentiality through proper handling and auditing of records
- Maintain high standards of care in line with professional and regulatory guidelines
- Assist visiting doctors and support teleconsultations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Superintendent
Job Requirements:
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma / Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of nursing experience
- 2 shift rotations
