Responsibilities:
- Provide innovative re-engineered proposal/ solution with data analysis to new/ existing accounts
- Lead and conduct customer business process workshop jointly with Solution Design team
- Project management of workshop with issue logs and implementation of customer's agreed final solution/initiatives
- Establish and justify all capital expenditure /investment fund requirements
- Select of appropriate warehouse facility, equipment and storage system with efficient workflows
- Carry out optimization/continuous process improvement project to improve warehouse efficiency with optimal resource manning level
- Implement of productivity initiatives/re-engineering of processes of existing accounts
- Lead project team in the transition of warehouse inventory & warehouse relocation activities
- Assist internal and external solution workshop particularly on the automation solution, ensuring most efficient and optimized operation
- Assist to implement automation and integrated solution & bidding with detailed analysis for new and existing businesses
- Work closely with automation colleague and other stakeholders on automation concepts and solutions for new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Supply Chain preferred
- Prince2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in use of design software like Autocad, Solidworks or equivalent fly-through tools and MS applications will be an advantage
- Have demonstrated record of leading successful change initiatives.
