Own end-to-end delivery of cross-technology integration programs/projects, with preference for Corporate Banking platforms and ecosystems.
Lead Technology Integration Planning & Governance: Own planning and delivery of all system integrations (internal and vendor-led), establish governance, milestones, and dependency tracking, and lead integration working groups across internal teams and vendors.
Drive Delivery & Execution by coordinating design, build, testing, and cutover activities with close alignment to architecture teams.
Ensure integration readiness across SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
Track delivery against committed milestones and proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
Manage Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement across platform teams, Corporate Technology, product owners, operations teams, and external vendors.
Provide clear reporting and controls including status reporting, risk tracking, dependency management, and end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment.
To act as a trusted delivery partner to senior business and technology stakeholders and promote disciplined delivery and continuous improvement.
Skills Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Engineering or equivalent.
8-12 years of overall experience in Technology Program / Project Management, with significant exposure to integration-driven delivery. Corporate Banking domain experience preferred.
Strong experience managing large cross-technology delivery programs or projects, preferably within Corporate Banking.
Proven experience delivering complex system integrations involving multiple internal platforms and external vendors.
Strong understanding of SDLC, integration life cycle, and enterprise delivery governance.
Hands-on experience managing SIT, UAT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and escalation management skills.
Strong communication and reporting skills with the ability to provide clarity to senior stakeholders.
