Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Work closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver banking solutions
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Participate in solution design for corporate banking and payments platforms
• Support UAT, SIT, and production rollout activities
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery
• Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Corporate Internet Banking or Payments domain
• Strong knowledge of payment systems (e.g., SWIFT, RTGS, NEFT, FAST, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
