Take a strategic leadership role as a Technical Lead within the Group Technology & Operations division, driving the standardization and evolution of core wealth management platforms.

• Orchestrate and maintain the application architecture across a diverse domain of banking systems, identifying opportunities for technological advancement and system optimization.

• Resolve complex technical installation challenges, including connectivity issues, performance testing bottlenecks, and code scanning remediation during large-scale migration phases.

• Oversee technical and non-functional testing cycles to ensure all architectural requirements align with project specifications.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to project teams to ensure high-quality testing and operational readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Manage high-level engagements with system vendors to clarify technical delivery requirements for end-to-end migration initiatives.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in technical leadership, specifically within large-scale enterprise projects in the Private Banking or Wealth Management sector.

• Deep hands-on expertise in Temenos WealthSuite (R19 and above), including specialized knowledge of EdgeConnect UXP/WSC, Triple A+ Core, and ITX integration.

• Strong technical command of Unix/Linux shell scripting and database management using Oracle SQL/PLSQL or Sybase.

• Advanced proficiency in TAP technical components, including WSC, oData, TAP Core/GUI, and MBIR/Actuate Reporting.

• Proven track record in managing TAP upgrade projects, application setup, and complex system integrations.

• Familiarity with diverse development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall SDLC frameworks.
