Sr Overall SME (Trade, CASA Payment, Lending)

Possess 5+ years of experience across at least two domains, such as Trade, CASA Payments, or Lending.

Demonstrate 5+ years of IT project management experience, including project governance, planning, execution, and reporting.

Lead and support end-to-end delivery of core banking technology initiatives across multiple systems and business functions.

Manage IT project timelines, risks, issues, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, dashboards, implementation plans, and stakeholder status reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional technology teams, vendors, business users, and stakeholders to drive milestones and deliverables.

Ensure project activities comply with SDLC processes, governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.
