Sr. Manager, Project Development, Singapore

Your Responsibility

1)Manage project development activities of ongoing projects of renewable. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentation. Proactively manage to achieve project development milestones in required budget allocation, identify potential crises, change in project scope and devise contingency plans.

2)Clear understanding of the regulatory, commercial, and legal aspects of project development in Vietnam market.

3)Identify international/local partners, negotiate, or support the negotiation of commercial transactions required in project development.

4)Assist to finalize project agreements with partners and regulators.

5)Perform due diligence (land and site assessment, interconnection issues, feasibility studies; stakeholders, and others).

6)Develop new opportunities for renewable, review opportunities and develop appropriate strategies for commercial closure of new projects.

7)Ensure that developed projects are of the highest commercial viability and in collaboration with peers; continuously refine the prospecting and development portfolio to achieve this objective.

8)Build and sustain productive relationship with potential project partners, key strategic partners, financing partners, project developers (if relevant), government and regulatory bodies and other relevant market participants.

9)Participate in meetings with government and regulatory stakeholders to influence decisions and secure opportunities for growing the business. Prepare proposals and presentation in line with Jinko business interest.

10)Participate in tradeshows, workshops or other relevant events to promote Jinko business interest and develop new project opportunities.

Our Requirements

1.Bachelors degree in business, Laws, Engineering, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

2.3 to 6 years of renewable project development experience in Vietnam.

3.Team player with effective communication skills.

4.Pro-active, hands-on and driven.

5.Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment preferred.

6.English fluency required.

7.Must be willing and able to travel, both domestically and internationally.

8.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

9.Strong organizational and time-management skills.

10.Excellent written and oral communication skills.

11.High attention to detail.

12.Interpersonal and teamwork skills.

13.Capable of working productively with limited supervision.

14.Ability to multi-task.
