Job Requirement for Solar Project Manager
- Design, build and install solar energy systems
- Onsite planning and managing of installation teams
- Contact point between the company and client during construction stage
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Hands on implementation on site
- Manage the full construction from pre to post-construction and handover of the system to the client
- Complete assigned projects on schedule and within budget
- Identify any potential safety risks within projects and putting in place strategies to mitigate any risks
- Ensure all required Environmental, Health and Safety requirements are met.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensure smooth delivery of the project completion/SystemTurn On
- Continuous Improvement planning
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communicator who is able to work independently
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields
- 3-5 Years of experience in Solar Project Management
- Candidate with experience in solar project execution will be in advantage
- Knowledge in energy modelling software (PVsyst), Autocad and construction modelling software
- A team player who is results and customer oriented, independent, creative and passionate about renewables
- Six Sigma /Kaizen certified wil be added advantage
