In this role, you'll support a variety of marketing and communication efforts, helping us tell our story clearly and consistently across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation - Write and edit content for our website, press releases, newsletters, social media, and internal communications.
- Brand Management - Ensure brand consistency across all channels and support visual storytelling through marketing materials and campaigns.
- Media & PR Support - Assist with press releases, media outreach, and tracking media coverage.
- Campaign Coordination - Help plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Event Support - Coordinate communication for events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Digital Marketing - Contribute to social media strategy, manage content calendars, and track performance.
- Communications - Support engagement through newsletters, reports etc .
- Market Research - Support the team by researching industry trends or competitors to help shape content and communication strategies.
- Webinar Coordination - Assist to coordinate the logistics of webinars, including managing speakers and attendees, as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Diploma/Degree in related field. Lasalle Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A good eye for detail and design
- Ability to manage projects and deadlines
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
- Off-in-lieu will be given for work outside of office hours.
