Sr Digital Designer

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in web design, branding, and creative strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and brand identity work.
• Ability to lead and mentor a design team, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Wix Studio (or similar platforms).
• Hands-on experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas effectively.
• A creative thinker with strategic insight and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage website design projects from concept to launch, ensuring modern, responsive, and user-focused experiences.
• Guide and support the design team, providing direction, feedback, and mentorship.
• Drive brainstorming and ideation sessions with the core team to shape creative direction.
• Create and refine brand identities, design systems, and digital assets to support both web and brand projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, development) to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
• Produce and edit video content to enhance brand storytelling and campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovation.
