As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging contents across various platforms to effectively convey brand message and meet marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations and layouts for various channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, email campaigns, digital advertisements and print
- Edit videos, including cutting, splicing and synchronising raw footage, adding music, sound effects and animations, and enhancing visual elements
- Maintain consistent brand identity throughout all contents and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Manage and organise digital assets, ensuring files are appropriately named, tagged and easily accessible for future use
- Stay updated with industry trends, new design techniques and video editing tools, and contribute innovative ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives and target audience, optimising designs and contents to align with branding and marketing strategies
- Adhere to project timelines and meet deadlines for assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs and videos
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Multimedia Design or a related field
- Proven record and experience in similar role
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic and digital designs, and video editing projects
- Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory and layout composition
- Excellent knowledge of video editing techniques, transitions, visual effects and motion graphics
- Familiarity with social media platforms and respective design specifications
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually compelling contents
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take constructive feedback and iterate on design
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills and ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas
- Experience in and knowledge of exhibition design is a plus
