Job Description

As part of the Corporate Communications team, you will play a key role in telling these stories, raising awareness of mental health issues and strengthening IMH's position as the leading mental health institution for psychiatric care, research and education.

We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with relevant experience and a passion for mental health, to drive communication efforts in growing awareness and advocacy for mental health.

Job Responsibilities

As Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Digital Content), you will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing, brand communications and content initiatives across IMH's corporate digital platforms, including its website and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. You will translate IMH's strategic objectives, services, brand positioning and mental health priorities into accurate, accessible and engaging content that strengthens the organisation's brand, digital presence, audience engagement and reputation.

  • Manage and grow IMH's social media channels through the development and execution of content strategies, editorial calendars, content production schedules and campaigns.
  • Plan, create and publish engaging digital content, including social media posts, videos, campaigns and other multimedia assets.
  • Manage and update the IMH corporate website using the Sitecore content management system, ensuring that content is accurate, current, accessible and aligned with organisational and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate website content updates with internal stakeholders and support content governance, quality assurance, user experience improvements, search engine optimisation and the timely review of outdated information.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including organic and paid campaigns, to promote IMH's programmes, services, events, partnerships and organisational priorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate website, social media and digital campaign performance using tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics and other relevant platforms. Translate findings into actionable recommendations to improve reach, content effectiveness, user experience and audience engagement.
  • Support brand communications and the consistent application of IMH's brand identity, messaging and tone of voice across digital channels and communication materials.
  • Develop content and campaigns that strengthen awareness and understanding of IMH's role, capabilities and contributions to mental healthcare, research, education and the wider community.
  • Monitor mental health conversations, emerging trends, public sentiment and online behaviour in Singapore, and translate insights into timely and relevant content opportunities.
  • Conduct social listening and sentiment monitoring to identify reputational risks, emerging issues and opportunities for engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical departments, researchers and corporate teams, to develop content that supports organisational priorities, brand objectives and strategic communications.
  • Produce digital content through copywriting, photography, videography, video editing and basic graphic design, where required.
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors and partners on brand communications, website management, digital marketing campaigns and content development projects.
  • Support departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Educational And Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or communications.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with a focus on social media strategy, content creation, digital trends and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for the development of digital and social media content.
  • Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector and/or proficiency in videography, video editing, website CMS and multimedia content production will have an advantage.
