Student Recruitment and Operations
- Support student recruitment support in country/territory assigned.
- Provides support to SIM Regional Offices on administrative matters including claims processing and payment related matters
- Support also includes events setup, logistics arrangements for overseas visits and support students applications.
- Timely follow-up on payment processing to ensure accurate and prompt submission of invoices
- Manage and support hosting of overseas visitations
- Manage student ambassadors engagement for various projects and take charge of budget tracking, including payment, tracking and administer procurement of voucher for student representatives matters
- Work with internal colleagues to manage audit requirements, including recruitment agent appointment, renewal and termination, update of recruitment agent information and ensure all documentation compliance for annual audit.
- Conduct International Student Satisfactory Survey on half yearly basis, in support for monitoring of agents performance and service standards
- Updating of website and other inter-departmental project liaison
- Provide support in recruitment related events and activities both locally and regionally
- Proactively review processes and propose potential solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Organise and conduct new & refresher training for new and current RR staff training
Project Management
- Co-lead projects to support student recruitment strategies including Study Tour, conferences, and ad-hoc projects

Academic Education and Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of working experiences, OR Diploma holders with at least 2-3 years of working experiences
- Effectively bilingual in English and the Chinese Language (to maintain and develop relationships with English and Chinese-speaking key customers)
- Familiar with EduTrust requirements and regional operations management
- Flexibility and ability to deliver tasks/projects within timelines
- Experience in utilising SAP Fiori in day to day operations
- May need to travel overseas when required
