• Working hours: 8am - 5pm
• Salary: up to $3,400 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

• Maintenance the import activity
• Liasing with suppliers and related parties
• Managing the import documents and uploading to IP system, SF maintenance and uploading
• Preparing the related documents such as PO, and maintenance the delivery chart
• Preparing monthly ingredients in out file and other files which is reported to HQ
• Managing inventory of raw material including delivery, stock count etc.
• Planning cost down/improving quality
• Checking invoices
• Claim for the torn bags according to boss's instruction
• Others assigned by team manager

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Experience

Must-have
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to process emails and related tasks efficiently

Nice-to-have:
Over 1 year of experience in the logistics field

PC Skills
Word: Basic level
Excel: Intermediate level
PowerPoint: Basic level

Language Skills
Mandarin speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Chinese speaking suppliers and warehouse staffs
