Location: Raffles Place (Near MRT Station)

Job Description:

1. Maintenance the import activity
2. Liaise with suppliers and related parties
3. Manage the import documents and uploading to IP system, SF maintenance and uploading
4. Prepare related documents such as PO, and maintenance the delivery chart.
5. Prepare monthly ingredients in out file and other files which is reported to HQ
6. Manage inventory of raw material including delivery, stock count etc.
7. Planning cost down/improving quality
8. Check invoices
9. Claim for the torn bags according to boss's instruction
10. Others assigned by team manager

Job Requirements:

Must-have
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to process emails and related tasks efficiently

PC Skills
Word: Basic level
Excel: Intermediate level
PowerPoint: Basic level
