Key Job Purpose:
- Regional Spare parts inventory management and planning
- Management of spare part setting in ERP system for each Affiliates
- Analysis of Spare parts replenishment for each affiliate and propose the solution based on varies source
- Improvement of management of spare part with SCORP team in order to achieve go turnover ratio
Job Responsibilities:
1. Spare parts management and planning:
- Work with SCM team to manage stock inventory
- Maintain MRP for fast- and slow-moving items
- Write-off products/materials for non-moving parts and/or discontinued/obsolete
- Close monitoring - work with affiliates on MRP usage. Investigate and rectify
- issues if the affiliates are not using the MRP tool fully
- Perform mass activation of new products/materials that will be provided by all
- manufacturers
- Generating report for spare parts movement on a monthly basis
2. Engineering Change Record (ECR)/ Technical Bulletin (TB) releases:
- Update the Spare part setting in ERP system base on information release from ECR or TB released
- Negotiate with SCORP spare part team to ensure the parts available during the
- transition period.
3. Analysis of Spare parts replenishment for each affiliate and propose the
solution based on varies source.
- From the analysis, propose the MRP setting for each Affiliates.
- Propose the MRP setting for each Affiliates, this will ensure that they will have stock just in time for the operation.
4. Any other additional related responsibilities and project as required by

Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Business Management / Information Technology / Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronic in Engineering
- 2-3 years relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP (SAP system) system is an added advantage
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
