RESPONSABILITS
Mettre en place, piloter et suivre les PPRE (Programme Personnalis de Russite ducative) et contribuer llaboration et aux suivi des PAP, PPS ou PAI.
Aider, dans le cadre du dispositif GAIN (Groupe d'Accompagnement et d'Inclusion), les lves besoins ducatifs particuliers par un travail en individuel ou en petits groupes.
Suivre, avec les membres du GAIN et la Direction pdagogique, l'ensemble des dossiers de ces lves.
Organiser les runions des quipes ducatives et participer aux runions de cellule de veille avec la Direction pdagogique.
Aider les enseignants pour l'analyse des difficults repres et pour llaboration de rponses adaptes.
Accompagner les enseignants vers un travail diffrenci en classe (personne ressource).
Aider les enseignants concevoir et mettre en uvre des modalits dvaluation des acquis des lves, tenant compte des comptences et difficults des lves besoins particuliers.
Faciliter la socialisation des lves dans lcole.
Accueillir, informer et recevoir les parents dlves (interlocuteur privilgi).
Assurer la continuit des parcours lors de l'entre en 6me pour viter les ruptures de prise en charge.
Entretenir la liaison avec les professionnels extrieurs.
Utiliser les technologies de l'information et de la communication au service des apprentissages.
COMPTENCES, EXPRIENCE ET FORMATION REQUISES
Titulaire de lducation Nationale ou quivalent, de prfrence
La certification complmentaire 2CA-SH, CAPPEI sera un atout supplmentaire.
Exprience dans l'enseignement adapt pour des enfants en situation de handicap
Exprience au secondaire, RASED, ULIS ou SEGPA requise
Connaissance du systme ducatif franais, et des dispositifs de prise en charge du handicap et des difficults scolaires importantes et persistantes

CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL
Poste temps plein de 27h / semaine.
La rmunration base sur le diplme, l'exprience et la grille de salaire de l'IFS

Implement, lead, and monitor PPREs (Personalised Educational Success Programmes) and contribute to the development and follow-up of PAP, PPS, or PAI plans.
Support students with special educational needs within the GAIN framework (Guidance and Inclusion Support Group) through individual or small-group work.
Monitor all student files in collaboration with GAIN members and the Academic Leadership team.
Organise educational team meetings and participate in safeguarding/monitoring meetings with Academic Leadership.
Support teachers in analysing identified learning difficulties and designing appropriate responses.
Guide teachers toward differentiated classroom practices (resource person role).
Assist teachers in designing and implementing assessment methods adapted to the competencies and challenges of students with special needs.
Facilitate students social integration within the school.
Welcome, inform, and meet with parents (key point of contact).
Ensure continuity of support during the transition into Year 7 (6me) to prevent disruption in care.
Maintain links with external professionals.
Use information and communication technologies to support learning.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified teacher within the French National Education system or equivalent, preferably.
Additional certification such as 2CA-SH or CAPPEI is an advantage.
Experience in adapted teaching for students with disabilities.
Experience at secondary level, including RASED, ULIS, or SEGPA settings, required.
Knowledge of the French education system and support frameworks for disabilities and significant, persistent learning difficulties.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively and contribute to projects.
Proficiency with digital tools.
Ability to adapt to non-French-speaking students.

Good command of English (B1 level or above) desirable.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Full-time position: 27 hours per week.
Salary based on qualifications, experience, and the IFS salary scale.
Start date: late August 2026.
