Spa Therapist Supervisor responsibilities include supervising staff, promoting beauty services and meet company sales target. She will also manage daily operation of the beauty salon and ensure customers satisfaction. She must be friendly, good in communication to all beauty customers and customers expectation when needed. She is responsible for hiring and training new staffs and ensure all staffs are well trained and professional in performing their job.
